I recently graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a B.S. in Business Administration, concentrating in Management and minoring in Psychology. This fall, I will be pursuing my Master in Mangement at the University of California, Irvine,  a step that reflects my deep commitment to people-centered leadership, innovation, and organizational excellence.

As an aspiring Human Resources and Organizational Behavior leader, I am passionate about building inclusive, dynamic workplaces where employees are empowered to thrive. My academic background has given me a strong foundation in business strategy, leadership, and human behavior, while my hands-on experience in service-based and non-profit organizations has strengthened my skills in communication, conflict resolution, and team coordination.

During my undergraduate career, I led and collaborated on initiatives that improved team dynamics, cultural programming, and operational efficiency, experiences that confirmed my desire to work in roles that enhance employee engagement, shape workplace culture, and support sustainable organizational growth. I bring a thoughtful, empathetic approach to leadership, rooted in both data-driven decision-making and emotional intelligence.
