● Member of the Moderator Committee (Ban Trực).
● Ensured the program is carried out timely and efficiently.
● Tasked with being the spirit and energy of the camp, by having a positive & joyful attitude.
● Reviewed official ceremonies & basic practices of VEYM.
● Observed, track, and score individual team performance.
● Communicated with Youth Leaders-in-charge at least before the activities.
● Ensured the safety of all youth participants.

● Key Performances by Paris By Night singers and other celebrities,
● Attendance of San Jose City & Santa Clara County Congress (Former City Mayor Sam Liccardo, Chief of San Jose Police, District 25 Lan Ngo, Council Member Bien Doan)

Contributions:
● Worked closely with the VCN Director to shadow and aid them throughout the process of organizing and executing VCN.
● Helped conduct check-in meetings to record the progress of each dance and committee.
● Planned all behind-the-scenes logistics alongside the VCN Director.
● Helped maintain the show day agenda, during tech rehearsals and show prep.
● Ensure the show is running smoothly according to the script and itinerary.
