I recently earned my Master of Science in Management from the UCI Paul Merage School of Business, building on my B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and a minor in Psychology from UC Riverside. My educational journey reflects my commitment to people-centered leadership, organizational excellence, and meaningful workplace innovation.
I am passionate about creating inclusive, engaging environments where employees are supported and empowered to thrive. My academic background has provided me with a strong foundation in business strategy, leadership, organizational behavior, and human psychology. Through my experience in service-based and nonprofit organizations, I have also developed skills in communication, conflict resolution, event coordination, project management, and team leadership.
Throughout my undergraduate and graduate studies, I led and collaborated on initiatives that strengthened team dynamics, cultural programming, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiency. My experience at UCI further expanded my understanding of management practices, organizational effectiveness, and cross-functional collaboration, preparing me to contribute strategically to Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and Admissions, and People Operations teams.
I bring a thoughtful and empathetic approach to leadership, combining data-informed decision-making with emotional intelligence.
